A graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Morgan has an impressive history of managing public relations, community outreach and qualitative research as the Facility Director of Focus Group Testing, a position she has held for nearly a decade.
In her role, Morgan manages qualitative and quantitative research projects to support creative development, strategic and marketing plans and product development for a diverse range of clients in various industries such as education, legal, banking, automotive and pharmaceutical.
She is also a skilled moderator and qualitative research consultant where she uncovers the meanings and motivations behind the public’s reaction through focus groups and in-depth interviews. Through her work, Morgan helps clients gain greater knowledge of the public’s opinion toward their brand, products and services.
Morgan was selected as an honoree for the 2011 March of Dimes Spotlight on Success, a 2012 Institute of Politics Fellow, served as a Professional Advisor for Xavier University’s Public Relations Student Society of America from 2012-2014 and as Secretary of Xavier University’s Mass Communications Advisory Board from 2016-2017. In 2018, Morgan also joined the Orchid Society, a mentoring organization for under-served girls in New Orleans.
Morgan is an active member of Insights Association (formally the Marketing Research Association) and was designated as Treasure-Elect of the Southeast Region for 2019 – 2020 year. Previously, she served as Board President of Insights Association in 2017 – 2018 and as Treasurer from 2015 to 2017.
